Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center’s annual baby bottle drive begins on Mother’s Day (5/13) and ends on Father’s Day (6/17). One bottle filled with change is about $25, which affords counseling or parent education; 3 bottles buy a car seat or a pack-n-play, and 5 bottles ($125) permit an ultrasound. So please fill your bottles generously with change or a check (made payable to “LPRC”). Empty bottles can be picked up by the exits and returned in designated boxes, starting next week.
The church-wide retreat is from Friday, June 22nd - Sunday, June 24th, again held at Camp-of-the-Woods in Speculator, NY. Brian Parker, of DiscipleMakers ministry, will be our guest speaker.
For the fourth consecutive year, we are sending a team of teen and young adult volunteers, from July 16-19. We meet at GRC at 5pm and then caravan to West New York; teaching is from 7-9pm. Open Door is one of GRC’s ministry partners. This organization empowers Spanish-speaking immigrants to reach their full-God given potential by equipping them with English and computer classes. Volunteers do not need to know/speak Spanish; just a heart to serve is required. Please contact David to register.
See The Open Door NY/NJ website for more information about their programs.

Celebrate Recovery (CR) is in 25,000 churches worldwide (most in the U.S.). Celebrate Recovery is for anyone with the courage to be honest about life’s hurts, habits and hang-ups and willing to open their life to healing and change. Participants open the door by sharing their experiences and hopes with one another. In addition, they become willing to accept God’s grace and forgiveness in solving life’s problems. This ministry is being supported by Grace Redeemer but is available to all people, whether or not they attend our church.
WHAT IS CELEBRATE RECOVERY?
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery ministry based on the Beatitudes. The purpose of CR is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 steps and 8 recovery principles. By applying these principles we experience freedom from our hurts, habits, and hang-ups creating peace, serenity, joy and a stronger personal relationship with God and others. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to share struggles and a place where we can take off our masks. A place where you hear the words: “Nobody walks alone.” Celebrate Recovery changes lives!
You're a Christian. So ... what's next?
All men are invited to be a part of this weekly Bible study, which will focus on all 28 chapters of the Book of Acts. The format is 60 minutes of study and 20 minutes of prayer/fellowship. Please come and be encouraged by other men.
This class is held twice a year and is an in-depth presentation of GRC’s vision, values, ministries, and structure. It’s a prerequisite for church membership, but it’s also generally beneficial to newer attendees. We schedule it in a one-day format in order to minimize impact on very busy schedules. Registration at Grace Online (Forms) or at the Welcome Desk. If you have any questions, please contact Teresa.
Oikos is a single mom's ministry providing bible study and fellowship. "Single & Parenting" is a topical bible study focusing on practical issues single parents face from a Christ-centered perspective.
We meet 1st and 3rd Sundays 12:30-3pm. Childcare and lunch are provided. Email Simone Lim or Susan Lindemulder if you have any questions.
This service is focused on intercessory prayer for those who desire to be anointed with oil by the elders, and prayed for by our church. We hope it will allow the church body to become more aware of the struggles that exist within GRC so that we can extend mercy to our brothers and sisters through prayer and support. Please join us even if you prefer not to make your needs publicly known.
If you’ve wondered, “What does baptism mean? Should my baby be baptized? What does the Bible teach about this sacrament? " Then please come to this discourse led by Pastor Peter. Note: this class is not limited to infant baptism but it is required for parents (at least one must be a member of GRC) who would like to have their infant/toddler baptized at GRC. RSVP to Lanvi@graceredeemer.com if you plan to attend.
Please consider coming to this class. Email Lanvi to reserve your spot.

The group size is limited to 8 people in each study. Meets every Monday for about 8 months from 7-9pm. If you are interested, email email@example.com.
