Family:

Ben and I have been married since June 2005. And within 5 short years, we’ve been blessed with two children—Eden who was born in 2007, and Zion who was born in 2008.

What I like best about my ministry:

Serving alongside people who love God and His Church! Playing a small part in the discipleship of the next generation.

In a former existence:

Have been training and developing as an Educator through various professional experiences as a Curriculum Editor and Teacher.

For fun I enjoy:

Spending time with my family, taking walks at Brookdale Park, traveling, using any type of library, playing racquetball, and teaching creative writing classes.

Favorite places:

My bed (I heart sleeping!), my hometown (Glen Ridge, NJ), Northern California, some parts of Southern California, and Evanston, IL.

Favorite quote or book:

Huge fan of Henri Nouwen.

Favorite food:

Dessert!

Dislikes:

Waiting for things, hot food served warm.

Scripture to live by:

A simple verse that I have to repeat to myself at least once daily as I seek and struggle to love: 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
