Deacons and Deaconesses at Grace Redeemer Church have oversight of several ministries within the church:

Mercy Ministry: We minister to the physical, emotional, psychological, and financial needs within the church and local community. We also develop/encourage generosity within the congregation to effectively collect gifts and responsibly distribute to those in need.

Sunday Operations Our team ensures a positive worship environment so that all participants can worship comfortably without distraction.

Facility Ministry: Care and maintenance of church facilities.

Community Outreach: Bridge-building to the community is a key strategy in cultivating opportunities for Gospel-sharing. We have established relationships with local community and social service agencies in order to serve and provide basic provisions to those who are spiritually and physically in need.

Congregational Care: This ministry is rightly partnered with Growth Groups to facilitate the support of one another through community in the GRC body.
